Dear Jerry,

January 27, 2003 Dear Jerry, I know this seems odd, but I have to write to you about your service to my vehicle this past holiday. I just want your customers to know that I am very pleased that I have met you and that I can count on somebody to do work on my vehicles. Let me give just a background of our business relationship.

I met you through my network marketing company to build you this website. We met, I took some digital pictures, and then I started to build your website. After a few months, my personal vehicle engine blew up and I needed a replacement engine. I called you first to price out the work and engine. After reviewing the information I decided that since you and I were business acquaintances I would give you the same respect you gave me to build your website.

I also want to make mention that you advised me to get new parts from the store of my choice to save me some money and that you would put those parts on the new engine as well at no additional charge. After getting what I call my shopping list, I went out that day bought the parts and hand delivered them to you and your assistant John. After I did that you and John expedited my repair within 7-10 days and I had my car driving down the road. I am very pleased with the outcome. I am still in the break in period so that is all I can say for that for now. After I come back and let you look things over after the first 500 miles, I will add to this letter of recognition. Jerry thanks again for expediting my car as well as you did.

Your friend and business acquaintance,
Andrew Harris

Dear Jerry,

In the last four years, I have spent $16,000 a year with speed shops replacing the big block Chevys in my 31 foot Chris Craft and twice, the engines didn't last half the summer. Needless to say, I was getting quite discouraged, thinking that I should expect this to be an annual thing.

After I first contacted you I felt a little relief when you quoted the job for half of the speed shop's price. I must admit, I was a bit unsure when you told me not to go easy on the new engines, to drive the boat like it was made to. So I said a Hail Mary and gave them hell.

Well, I'll tell you, the engines ran great all year. And I can start a new boating season without waiting for engines to be installed. Jerry, thank you very much.

Sincerely,
Fred
